A three-course meal grilled on the sandbank, with locally-sourced meats and produce from our organic farm.
An evening on a private sandbank island in the middle of the Nam Khan River. The chef prepares the meal in front of you while you settle into the bamboo huts, starter, main course, dessert. Vegetables come from the farm on site.

- Starter: seasonal, drawn from the farm and the morning's market
- Main: locally-sourced meats with house-made sauces and side dishes; the famous Luang Prabang Sausage features regularly
- Dessert: a daily-changing finish, often using farm fruits
Vegetarian and vegan menus are prepared on request, every dish on the regular menu has a plant-forward counterpart.
