What does the Flexible Rate include?
The rate includes accommodation, daily breakfast at ROOTS Restaurant, a welcome drink on arrival, full access to the swimming pools and Jungle Spa, and the daily activity programme. Selected wellness sessions and spa treatments are paid extras.
When is the cancellation deadline?
The deadline depends on the season and the length of your stay. Standard window is 7 to 14 days before arrival. The exact deadline is confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
Do I need to pay anything when I book?
No. The Flexible Rate requires no pre-payment. We may take a credit card on file as a guarantee, but no charge is made until arrival.
Can I switch from Flexible to a cheaper rate later?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact Guest Services to amend the rate. If a lower-rate option is available for your dates, we will apply it.
Why book direct rather than through a third-party site?
Booking direct gives you the best available rate, no booking fees, more flexible modifications where applicable, direct communication with our team, and access to retreat add-ons that are not bookable via OTAs.
