What does the Long Stay Rate include?
The rate includes accommodation, daily breakfast at ROOTS Restaurant, a welcome drink on arrival, full access to the swimming pools and Jungle Spa, and the daily activity programme. Selected wellness sessions and spa treatments are paid extras.
What is the maximum length of stay?
There is no fixed maximum. Contact Guest Services for stays beyond 30 nights for custom arrangements, including extended-stay laundry, mid-stay room refreshes, and additional inclusions.
Is the discount applied per night or as a one-off?
Per night. The discount is built into the rate quoted at booking and applies across the full length of your stay.
Can I take a short break in the middle of the stay?
Yes, subject to availability. We can hold the room or move you between categories. Discuss with Guest Services at the time of booking.
