Non-Refundable Rate questions
What does the Non-Refundable Rate include?
The rate includes accommodation, daily breakfast at ROOTS Restaurant, a welcome drink on arrival, full access to the swimming pools and Jungle Spa, and the daily activity programme. Selected wellness sessions and spa treatments are paid extras.
What happens if I cannot travel?
The booking is non-refundable and full payment is taken at the time of booking. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.
Can I change the dates of a Non-Refundable booking?
No. The Non-Refundable Rate locks the dates at the time of booking. Date changes are not permitted.
Can I combine the Non-Refundable Rate with a retreat package?
Yes. Any of our three retreat programmes (Harmony and Mindfulness, Namkhan Detox, Serene Couples) can be added on top of the Non-Refundable Rate, in either Essential or Immersion tier.
Why book direct rather than through a third-party site?
Booking direct gives you the best available rate, no booking fees, more flexible modifications where applicable, direct communication with our team, and access to retreat add-ons that are not bookable via OTAs.
