What does the Long Stay Rate include?
The rate includes accommodation, daily breakfast at ROOTS Restaurant, a welcome drink on arrival, full access to the swimming pools and Jungle Spa. Additional resort activities and wellness sessions and spa treatments are paid extras.
Does the discount apply to all room categories?
Yes, applicable across all ten room categories. Confirm with Guest Services for any seasonal exceptions.
Can I split nights between two room types?
Yes, subject to availability. The Long Stay Rate applies as long as your full stay totals 7 nights or more.
Are airport transfers included?
Not by default. Round-trip transfers are available on request through Guest Services, or included as part of any retreat add-on programme.
